I've been in a blogging slump lately because all I ever have to talk about is Caroline. I feel like that bores most people and is pretty self centered, but I'm going to continue even if it only serves as a journal for myself down the road. My friend Carrie did this meme yesterday and I thought it was an easy way to get a post done so here goes!
8 Things I'm Looking Forward to...
1) Quitting my job
2) Starting school in August - hopefully this will mean more time with Caroline!
3) Graduating... in MAY!
4) 4th of July weekend with my mom & Dan's family - family reunion style! :)
5) Getting off work today at 3:30 and going to pick up my sweet baby.
6) Seeing Eclipse (or any movie... I really miss going to the theater!)
7) Taking Caroline to the pool more this summer
8) Being debt free (eventually)
8 Things I did Yesterday...

8 Things I Wish I Could Do...
1) Be a better wife
2) Be a stay at home mommy
3) Win the lottery ( ; this one probably will never happen, since we never play.
4) Travel
5) Cook more often - it's so time consuming!
6) Move to Nashville and take all of my friends & family with me
8) Go back to Caroline's birth & birthday and remember it all (without the pain of course!)
8 Shows I Enjoy...

8) as much tv as I watch you'd think I could fill in all 8!! I used to love watching the OC! Does that count as one?
I'm tagging Amy, MaryAlice, Kristine, Erin, My fav Lumberjill, Erin, Sissy, and Julie. Obviously if you don't want to do it, don't! :) You won't hurt my feelings!

I love Ace of Cakes and have just discovered old series of the Closer.
I know what you mean about being debt free. My husband and I have worked really hard on that goal as well and are almost there. It's a great goal!
Girlfriend......enjoy your life now, today, just as it is......I know it's hard but try not to live wishing for.......(whatever)....you miss NOW and you can't ever get it back.......
Spoken with love,
a very O-L-D Grandmamaleigh :)
This is fun! I'll post mine tomorrow :) p.s. I need to fix your header to fit your site now!
Being a stay at home mom isn't what it's all cracked up to be. HB never ever lets me go anywhere for very long without him. And when we're home, he prefers that I hold him as opposed to his dad. I end up trying to entertain him when he's awake and when he's not cleaning my house. So there is very little me time. Plus it makes you poorer.
Congrats on graduating.
Caroline is too cute. I like watching the updates especially since she's so close to HB's age. She's about two weeks older. You really can't talk enough about her to me.
For cooking, I can give you a bunch of recipes that take about 30 minutes to make from prep to finish. Also I love my crock pot. Put any meat in there even a whole chicken. Go to work. Come home. Heat up some frozen veggies. And you're done!
Miss the 4th at Daniel's parents. I haven't been home in ages. You're so Lucky :D

Ok! I did it! Mine is not very exciting though! :) Loved your answers. :) Staying at home is fun (kinda sorta) and I hope you can do so one day.
I just found your blog through Carrie's. We live in Nashville and thought it was cool you want to live here. We love it here but miss being near our family!
